2025 Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held on Thursday, June 12th, at DGI Byen / CPH Conference (3rd floor), Kvætorvsgade, Copenhagen.

It is a short walk (600m) from the conference venue (Scandic hotel) through Kødbyen (see walking map below).

Note that participation to the conference dinner will be optional this year. This option should be selected during online registration to the conference on the dedicated registration website. A conference dinner fee will apply. If having second thoughts, contact the organizers and we will try to accommodate changes, if time permits.

Furthermore, the standard menu will be vegetarian. Meet and fish will be available as options, and these will also have to be selected during online registration.
