Programme Overview

A nearly final programme is now available for download. There might be small adjustments to it before the conference starts. Also, a number of chair and discussion topics need to be finalized.

Note that the conference on Friday will be held at a different location than the main conference venue. The new venue will be in Roskilde - DTU Risø Campus. Transport by bus from the city center (near Scandic hotel) to this location will be provided free of charge (although prior registration is required to evaluate the number of attendees).

Please be in time for boarding the bus. The location for boarding the bus will be communicated asap. Note that it will not be in front of Scandic hotel (because of an accessibility issue). Most probably the boarding place will be inside Kødbyen, a short walk from the Scandic hotel.

The bus will leave at 9am sharp!

On the way back from Roskilde, the bus will stop at the airport for people flying back. The ETA at the airport is 4:30pm.
