Reception at Copenhagen Townhall

A reception will be held at Københavns Rådhus (Copenhagen Town hall) the first day of the conference (Tuesday, June 10th) starting at 18:00. There, we will be received by a town official and the “locally famous” Rådhuspandekager (Town hall pancakes) will be served.

The actual address to enter the town hall is the main entrance (the large door opening on the main town square - Rådhuspladsen, see also details below):

An entrance ticket will be provided at registration (when getting your conference badge).

Remember to be in time (and bring your ticket) as entrance to the town hall building is restricted.

A map to access the premises from the conference location is provided below. Walking time is approximately 20-25 mins (see blue dots). Taking public transportation is also an option, but probably longer in time when including waiting time, etc. Note that there is a Metro station on the town hall square (Rådhuspladsen).
