2023 - Registration and Fees

Registration is now open.

If you register as a delegate and attend on site, you get entry to all the conference presentations and discussions. You will get lunch on all three days and tea, coffee etc at various times during the day. You will be able to attend any other conference events that we hold.

If you want to register as a remote delegate then you can register to watch the conference streamed live. The conference will only be available in real time, there will be no recordings. If you want this option please contact us via the contact page.

If you have any special dietary requirements please email us or contact us via the contact page. Please also note that the venue does not permit any single use plastics or disposable cups.

We have kept the conference fees the same as they were in Lisbon four years ago. Authors and some others have a discounted rate. Authors were sent a discount code when their abstracts were accepted. Anyone else who is entitled to a discount and does not have a code should contact the organisers.

There are a limited number of reduced student fees. Anyone who would like to be considered for one of these should contact the organisers by email or via the website.
